今までの経験ですと、目の前（正面）でくしゃみをされると感染します。
だから、くしゃみをする人は肘や手のひらやハンカチでも何でも良いので飛沫するのを防ぐようにして欲しいです。
その時はマスクが有った方が良いかなと思いますが、普段は防ぎようが無いです。

マスクを使用する場合
- 健康であれば、2019-nCoV感染の疑いがある人の世話をしている場合にのみマスクを着用する必要があります。
- 咳やくしゃみをする場合はマスクを着用してください。
- マスクは、アルコール製剤で手をこするか石けんと水で頻繁に手洗いすることと組み合わせて使用した場合にのみ有効です。
- マスクを着用する場合は、その使用方法を知って、適切に廃棄する必要があります。

How to put on, use, take off and dispose of a mask
- Before putting on a mask, clean hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
- Cover mouth and nose with mask and make sure there are no gaps between your face and the mask.
- Avoid touching the mask while using it; if you do, clean your hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
- Replace the mask with a new one as soon as it is damp and do not re-use single-use masks.
- To remove the mask: remove it from behind (do not touch the front of mask); discard immediately in a closed bin; clean hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
